Scripture Memorization...what are you waiting for?

Praise God, I ran out of spiral notebooks!!! Keep up the good work. You might think you can't do it, but He can!!
Sisters, I have only one scripture booklet left.  Feel free to respond and I'll forward to you immediately.  Postage is on me!  February 1st is right around the corner.  Love to you and yours.

My New Year's Resolution for 2011 is to memorize two bible scriptures a month, one on the first and another on the fifteenth.  I got the idea from Living Proof Ministries.  Are there any Beth Moore fans out there?  I would like to invite you to do the same.  You can do this on your own or grab a couple of friends.  The idea is for the scripture to be meaningful and applicable to your life; where you are at with your, right here right now, walk with the Lord.

For the second half of January I have chosen Isaiah 30:18..."Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion.  For the Lord is a God of justice.  Blessed are all who wait for Him!   -NIV

If you would like to join alongside a group of women who want to pierce their hearts and thought-life with the word of our Lord, feel free to add your scripture under "comments" on the first and fifteenth of every month.  The Lord will bless us by filling our lives with milk and honey while abiding in & by His Word!

Waiting on God
